While pondering life and Lemony Snicket's book Horseradish: Bitter Truths You Can't Avoid* we came up with similarly useful information that will hopefully be useful to more than just us. Expect weekly posts with helpful information about life. So here's number 1...

When in an extremely awkward situation, instead of dreading the awkwardness and being uncomfortable, pretend it is all a hilarious dream. Revel in the profound social discomfort.

Also, I recommend reporting said awkward/hilarious situation to your BFF ASAP so that you can commence giggling. Or, if they were present for the event, commence giggling straight away. For instance, this lady looks like she's relaying a gem of a story.
